1 Scoop Early Morning and Before or After Training
Recommended Use
Creatine Loading (20 grams per day): For the first 5 days of use mix 1 scoop 4 to 5 times daily with water, fruit juice or your favorite beverage to saturated your muscles with creatine.
Creatine Level Maintenance (5 grams per day): After 5 consecutive days of loading, mix 1 scoop 1 to 2 times daily with water, fruit juice or your favorite beverage. TIP: This can be taken before training with a meal or directly after training with your post workout protein shake to enhance effectiveness.
